MOGUL GRANT SYSTEM
REFUND, CANCELLATION & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Effective Date: August 20, 2026 · Version: 2026-08-20
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Customers may cancel their subscription using the cancellation mechanism provided through their account or another cancellation method made available by Mogul Grant System.
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Unless otherwise disclosed, access ordinarily remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.
REFUND REQUESTS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable once access to the Services has been provided.
Mogul Grant System may review refund requests involving circumstances such as:
- duplicate billing;
- verified technical billing errors;
- unauthorized transactions;
- charges occurring after a properly completed cancellation; or
- circumstances where applicable law requires a refund.
Refund requests may be submitted to:

NO FUNDING-BASED REFUNDS
Failure to receive a grant, award, approval, funding, or other financial result does not by itself create refund eligibility.
Mogul Grant System charges for access to software and related services and does not guarantee funding outcomes.
CREDIT PURCHASES
Unused purchased credits generally are not redeemable for cash.
Refund eligibility for purchased credits may depend on whether credits have already been consumed and applicable law.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers are encouraged to contact Mogul Grant System first if they believe a billing error occurred.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a cardholder from exercising lawful dispute or chargeback rights through their financial institution.
Mogul Grant System may provide appropriate transaction records, consent records, account activity, subscription information, cancellation history, login information, and other relevant evidence to its payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.
Mogul Grant System may suspend access associated with a reversed payment when legally and contractually appropriate.
