MOGUL GRANT SYSTEM
AI, FUNDING & GRANT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Effective Date: August 20, 2026 · Version: 2026-08-20
1. MOGUL GRANT SYSTEM IS A SOFTWARE PLATFORM
Mogul Grant System is an independent technology and information platform designed to assist users with discovering, evaluating, organizing, preparing for, and tracking potential grants, funding programs, and related opportunities.
Mogul Grant System is not a grant-making organization and does not itself award or distribute grants or other funding unless a particular opportunity expressly identifies Mogul Grant System as the funding provider.
Payment for access to Mogul Grant System is payment for access to software, technology, information organization, AI-assisted tools, and related platform features.
Users are not purchasing a grant, guaranteed access to a grant, preferential consideration for funding, or guaranteed funding.
2. NO GOVERNMENT AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT
Mogul Grant System is a private, independent platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mogul Grant System is not affiliated with, operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or acting on behalf of any federal, state, local, tribal, or foreign government agency or any third-party funding organization.
References to government agencies, grant programs, foundations, corporations, nonprofit organizations, or other funding providers are provided for informational and identification purposes.
The appearance of an opportunity on Mogul Grant System does not mean that the funding provider has endorsed Mogul Grant System.
3. PUBLICLY AVAILABLE FUNDING INFORMATION
The Platform may identify, organize, summarize, categorize, or link to funding opportunities obtained or derived from publicly available information, authorized APIs, government data, funding-provider publications, and other lawful sources.
Some of this information may be available to users directly from the original source at no charge.
Mogul's paid service is intended to provide software functionality that may make funding discovery, matching, organization, monitoring, preparation, and application management more convenient.
Users are not being charged by Mogul merely for the right to access otherwise-public government information.
4. THIRD-PARTY FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
Unless expressly identified otherwise, grants and funding opportunities displayed on the Platform are administered by independent third parties.
Mogul does not control their:
- eligibility requirements;
- application requirements;
- deadlines;
- award amounts;
- available funding;
- selection criteria;
- review processes;
- scoring processes;
- award decisions;
- disbursement schedules;
- program modifications; or
- cancellations.
Funding providers may change, suspend, close, extend, reduce, replace, or cancel opportunities without notifying Mogul.
5. ORIGINAL FUNDING SOURCE CONTROLS
Mogul may summarize or reorganize information to make funding opportunities easier to understand.
However, the original funding provider's current official information should always be treated as authoritative.
Before applying, users should independently verify:
- whether the opportunity remains open;
- application deadline;
- award amount;
- geographic restrictions;
- applicant type;
- industry requirements;
- business-size requirements;
- nonprofit status requirements;
- revenue requirements;
- registration requirements;
- matching-fund requirements;
- permitted uses of funds;
- prohibited uses;
- required documents;
- submission instructions; and
- all other eligibility requirements.
If information displayed by Mogul differs from the original funding provider's current information, the original funding provider's information controls.
6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IS USED
Mogul Grant System incorporates artificial intelligence, automated analysis, algorithms, and other computational systems.
Depending on the features used, AI may assist with:
- identifying potential funding opportunities;
- analyzing organization profiles;
- matching users with opportunities;
- generating match percentages;
- ranking opportunities;
- summarizing funding requirements;
- analyzing eligibility information;
- identifying potential application requirements;
- generating draft proposals;
- rewriting or improving drafts;
- generating suggested responses;
- organizing application information;
- identifying potentially useful documents;
- generating funding alerts;
- generating recommendations; and
- interpreting user-provided information.
7. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INCORRECT
Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and may make mistakes.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may:
- contain factual errors;
- misunderstand eligibility requirements;
- omit relevant requirements;
- incorrectly interpret funding criteria;
- incorrectly summarize information;
- produce outdated information;
- misinterpret uploaded documents;
- produce incomplete recommendations;
- incorrectly calculate or estimate a match;
- generate inappropriate application language;
- contain unsupported assumptions; or
- otherwise be inaccurate.
Users should never assume AI-generated content is correct solely because it was generated by Mogul.
8. HUMAN REVIEW IS REQUIRED
Mogul's AI tools are intended to assist, not replace, the user's independent judgment.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated materials before:
- submitting an application;
- signing a certification;
- uploading documents;
- providing financial information;
- making representations to a funding provider; or
- relying on an eligibility determination.
Users should correct inaccurate or misleading information before submission.
9. AI-GENERATED PROPOSALS ARE DRAFTS
Any proposal, narrative, application response, cover letter, funding statement, business description, budget explanation, or similar content generated by Mogul should be treated as a draft unless the user has independently reviewed and approved it.
Generation of a proposal does not mean:
- the proposal satisfies the funder's requirements;
- the proposal is complete;
- the proposal is legally compliant;
- the statements are factually correct;
- the application will receive favorable consideration; or
- funding will be awarded.
Users remain responsible for the final content they submit.
10. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRUTHFULNESS
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that information submitted to funding providers is truthful, accurate, complete, and authorized.
Mogul should not be used to fabricate:
- revenue;
- employees;
- business history;
- nonprofit status;
- certifications;
- ownership characteristics;
- expenses;
- budgets;
- financial statements;
- project outcomes;
- demographic qualifications;
- eligibility characteristics; or
- any other information.
AI-generated text should never be submitted if the user knows or should reasonably know that it contains false information.
11. MATCH PERCENTAGES ARE NOT ELIGIBILITY DECISIONS
Mogul may display a match percentage, compatibility score, ranking, recommendation, funding usefulness score, or similar indicator.
For example:
66% Match
Such indicators are software-generated estimates intended to assist with discovery and prioritization.
A match percentage does not mean that:
- the user has a 66% probability of receiving funding;
- 66% of eligibility requirements have officially been satisfied;
- the funding provider has reviewed the user;
- the user has been prequalified;
- the user has been approved;
- Mogul has verified eligibility; or
- the funder endorses the recommendation.
Match scores should therefore not be represented as approval probabilities.
12. “RECOMMENDED” DOES NOT MEAN “ELIGIBLE”
When Mogul identifies an opportunity as recommended, relevant, high match, suggested, compatible, or similar language, this means only that the Platform identified characteristics that may correspond with information in the user's profile.
The user may nevertheless be ineligible.
Final eligibility is determined under the rules of the applicable funding program.
13. NO GUARANTEE OF FUNDING
Mogul Grant System makes no guarantee that a user will:
- find a suitable grant;
- qualify for a grant;
- successfully complete an application;
- receive an interview;
- receive a response;
- become a finalist;
- receive an award;
- receive the advertised award amount;
- receive funding by a particular date; or
- achieve any specific financial outcome.
Past results of other users do not guarantee future results.
14. NO “GUARANTEED GRANT” REPRESENTATION
Nothing displayed through Mogul should be interpreted as a statement that funding is “guaranteed,” “approved,” “secured,” or “reserved” for a user unless such determination has been communicated directly by the actual funding provider.
15. ALERTS DO NOT GUARANTEE DEADLINE PROTECTION
Mogul may provide:
- new funding alerts;
- deadline reminders;
- application reminders;
- recommended opportunities;
- email notifications; and
- dashboard notifications.
These features are convenience tools.
Users remain responsible for monitoring official deadlines.
Mogul does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, received, opened, or delivered before a deadline.
Email providers, internet failures, system maintenance, third-party services, user settings, spam filters, API failures, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
16. FUNDING DATABASE IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE COMPLETE
Mogul may aggregate information from multiple sources, but the Platform does not represent that it contains every grant or funding opportunity available in the United States or elsewhere.
An opportunity's absence from Mogul does not mean the opportunity does not exist.
17. EXPIRED OR MODIFIED OPPORTUNITIES
An opportunity may appear available even though a funding provider has recently:
- closed it;
- changed the deadline;
- exhausted available funds;
- modified eligibility;
- changed award amounts;
- suspended applications; or
- discontinued the program.
Users must confirm current status with the original source.
18. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Mogul's AI-generated content and funding information do not constitute:
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- regulatory advice; or
- other licensed professional advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals when necessary.
19. NO FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP
Use of Mogul does not create a fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-adviser, government-representative, grant-writer-client, or similar professional relationship unless separately established through a written agreement that expressly creates such a relationship.
20. USER PROFILES AFFECT RECOMMENDATIONS
Funding recommendations may depend on information entered into the user's organization profile.
Incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading profile information may produce inaccurate recommendations.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information.
21. UPLOADED DOCUMENTS
Users may upload documents to help organize or prepare funding applications.
Uploading a document does not mean Mogul has independently:
- authenticated it;
- verified its accuracy;
- confirmed its validity;
- confirmed that it satisfies a funder's requirements; or
- determined that it should be submitted.
A “ready,” “useful,” “recommended,” or similar system status should be understood as a software workflow indicator, not official approval by a funding provider.
22. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.
Users should not upload passwords, full payment-card credentials, or information that is unnecessary for the intended funding workflow.
Users remain responsible for determining whether they are legally authorized to upload information relating to other individuals.
23. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Mogul may direct users to third-party websites to complete applications or review official funding information.
Mogul does not control those websites.
A link does not constitute endorsement.
Users are responsible for reviewing the terms, privacy practices, security, and authenticity of third-party websites.
24. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Mogul is not responsible for:
- external website outages;
- changed URLs;
- broken application links;
- third-party account problems;
- third-party login requirements;
- changes in external application systems; or
- actions taken by third-party funding providers.
25. APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Where Mogul provides application-preparation or workflow tools, users remain responsible for confirming successful submission to the funding provider.
A Mogul status such as:
Submitted
should not automatically be interpreted as confirmation from the funding provider unless Mogul has received reliable confirmation from that provider.
If the user manually marks an application as submitted, that status reflects the user's representation.
26. NO PREFERENTIAL ACCESS
Purchasing a Mogul subscription does not provide preferential treatment from government agencies, corporations, foundations, nonprofit organizations, or other funding providers.
Mogul cannot influence an independent funder's decision merely because a user subscribes to the Platform.
27. SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE FOR SOFTWARE SERVICES
Subscription fees compensate Mogul for access to its technology and Services.
They are not:
- grant application fees charged by a government agency;
- payments to obtain government benefits;
- payments guaranteeing funding;
- deposits toward a future grant;
- percentages of an award unless separately and lawfully agreed; or
- payments to influence a funding provider.
28. FUNDING AMOUNTS
When Mogul displays an award amount, funding range, maximum award, estimated award, or similar figure, that information is informational.
It does not mean that a user will receive that amount.
Actual awards may be higher, lower, modified, partially funded, or unavailable depending on the program.
29. FRAUD AND IMPERSONATION WARNING
Users should be cautious of third parties claiming that:
- a grant is guaranteed;
- payment is required to release government grant money;
- Mogul guarantees an award;
- Mogul represents a government agency; or
- payment to an individual will secure approval.
Official instructions should always be verified with the funding provider.
30. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Mogul does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Platform may experience:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- outages;
- API interruptions;
- database maintenance;
- third-party failures;
- AI-provider interruptions; or
- other technical issues.
31. CHANGES TO AI SYSTEMS
Mogul may update:
- AI models;
- matching algorithms;
- scoring methods;
- funding sources;
- prompts;
- ranking systems; and
- automated workflows.
As a result, recommendations or outputs may change over time even when similar information is submitted.
32. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF FUNDING PROVIDERS
Names, trademarks, logos, and other materials belonging to funding providers remain the property of their respective owners.
Mogul's reference to a provider does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
33. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user retains final responsibility for deciding:
- which opportunities to pursue;
- whether they qualify;
- what information to provide;
- whether generated content is accurate;
- whether an application is complete;
- whether documents are appropriate;
- whether a deadline has been satisfied; and
- whether an application should be submitted.
34. MATERIAL DECISIONS SHOULD NOT RELY SOLELY ON AI
Users should not make significant legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or business decisions solely on the basis of Mogul's AI-generated output.
Independent verification should be performed when the consequences of an error could be material.
35. NO OUTCOME WARRANTY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mogul makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, eligibility determination, or outcome of any particular funding opportunity or AI-generated recommendation.
36. REPORTING INCORRECT FUNDING INFORMATION
If a user identifies inaccurate, expired, misleading, or outdated funding information, the user may report it to:
support@mogulgrantsystem.com
Mogul may review, correct, hide, or update the information as appropriate.
37. ACCEPTANCE
By using AI-powered funding features, users acknowledge that:
- AI can make mistakes;
- recommendations are informational;
- match percentages are estimates;
- funding information may change;
- original sources should be verified;
- Mogul does not determine grant eligibility;
- Mogul does not guarantee funding;
- generated proposals require human review; and
- users are responsible for information ultimately submitted to funding providers.
