Mogul Grant System is a product and brand of FI Tax Wealth LLC, a California limited liability company. Mogul Grant System respects the privacy of users of its software platform and Services.

This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information Mogul Grant System may collect, how information may be used, and the circumstances under which information may be processed or disclosed.

Depending on use of the Services, Mogul Grant System may collect:

Stripe customer identifiers;
Stripe subscription identifiers; and

Payment card information is collected and processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. The Mogul Grant System application stores certain Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, invoice, price, and payment identifiers and related transaction metadata, but does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Funding Profile Information:

business type;
industry;
location;
organization details;
funding goals;
eligibility information;
requested funding information; and
information users voluntarily provide for funding matching.

Uploaded Information:

documents;
resumes;
budgets;
business records;
grant materials;
supporting documentation; and
other files users choose to upload.

Technical Information:

IP address;
browser information;
device information;
login activity;
security logs;
usage activity; and
related diagnostic information.

Communications:

Mogul Grant System may process information users provide through customer support, account communications, or other interactions with the Platform.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information may be used to:

operate Mogul Grant System;
authenticate accounts;
provide funding recommendations;
generate AI-assisted content;
maintain organization profiles;
maintain uploaded documents;
process subscriptions;
provide account credits;
operate affiliate functionality;
provide funding alerts;

AI PROCESSING

Information included in requests to AI-assisted features may be transmitted to Groq to generate or review funding-related content. Depending on the feature and information provided, prompts may include organization profile information, funding goals, grant information, requested funding amounts, eligibility-related information, and proposal text.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information to AI-powered functionality.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Information may be processed by service providers used for functions such as:

cloud hosting;
database infrastructure;
payment processing;
email delivery;
artificial intelligence;
fraud prevention;
security; and
technical operations.

These providers may process information only as permitted by applicable agreements, functionality, and law.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Stripe may independently process payment information according to its own privacy practices.

SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The application does not currently integrate advertising networks or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies. Mogul Grant System may disclose information to service providers as necessary to provide payment processing, AI-assisted features, email delivery, hosting, database, security, and related platform services.

DATA SECURITY

Mogul Grant System uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

No internet-connected platform, database, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Mogul Grant System does not represent that the Platform is unhackable or completely secure.

DATA RETENTION

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

provide the Services;
maintain accounts;
satisfy financial and accounting obligations;
comply with legal obligations;
prevent fraud;
maintain security;
resolve disputes;
respond to chargebacks;
enforce agreements; and

ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request account deletion through available account controls or customer support.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for:

chargebacks;

legal compliance.

Account removal may involve anonymization where complete physical deletion would conflict with legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

CHILDREN

Mogul Grant System paid business accounts are intended for persons 18 years of age or older.

Mogul Grant System does not knowingly permit children to independently create paid business accounts.

Information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the user's location depending on Mogul Grant System's infrastructure and service providers.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Mogul Grant System may update this Privacy Policy.
